Employee qualities we are looking for in installers and technicians:
- Previous experience in HVAC service is required (at least 3 years).
- Self-starter and customer-oriented
- Efficient, organized and can prioritize work.
- Attention to detail, problem solver, and analytical thinker.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Personable, positive, helpful with excellent communication skills.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Currently, we are looking for the following positions to fill:
Propane Service Technician
- Prefer 2+ years experience in the residential propane. Willing to train entry level person.
- Valid driver’s license/clean driving history.
- No criminal, drug, or alcohol related charges.
- Provide propane related services in safe and timely manner.
- Set propane tank, install gas lines; and installation, service and maintenance of propane related heating equipment.
- Communication skills. Ability to communicate with fellow employees, vendors, tech support, and most importantly customers.
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job.
Job Description:
- Set propane tanks and run gas line for propane equipment.
- Ability to install, service, and maintenance all types of propane heating. Experience in the following a plus: Trouble shooting, diagnosing, service, repair, and maintenance of all forms of propane heating equipment.
- Effectively communicate with other employees, tech support, vendors, and most importantly customers.
- Safely operate and maintain service vehicle at all times.
- Knowledge and ability to safely operate various hand tools, meters, testing equipment, and on occasion large tools.
- Interest in personal and professional advancement.

Salary: $20.00 -$35.00 per hour

HVAC Service Technician
- Previous experience in HVAC service is required (minimum 3 years)

License: EPA Type II (Preferred)
HVAC Installer
- 3 years experience in the residential HVAC field.
- Valid driver’s license/clean driving history.
- No criminal, drug, or alcohol related charges.
- Perform installation of all forms of heating and air conditioning equipment. Service and maintenance
- experience a plus.
- Communication skills. Ability to communicate with fellow employees, vendors, tech support, and most importantly customers.
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job.
Job Description:
- Ability to install all types of heating and cooling equipment. Experience in the following a plus: Trouble shooting, diagnosing, service, repair, and maintenance of all forms of heating and central air conditioning.
- Effectively communicate with other employees, tech support, vendors, and most importantly customers.
- Safely operate and maintain service vehicle at all times.
- Knowledge and ability to safely operate various hand tools, meters, testing equipment, and on occasion large tools.
- Brazing, soldering; evacuation, and charging of various refrigerants.
- Ability to work with electricity, refrigerant, duct systems air flow, and hydronics.
- Interest in personal and professional advancement.
